Misty Annala is a graduate of Great Falls High School, and earned her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She began her teaching career in Great Falls, then moved to her husband's family ranch in Geyser, where she continued teaching until her retirement in 2014.

 

Misty played string bass in the Great Falls Symphony Orchestra until 2001, and directed the Sinfonia youth orchestra for five seasons. She is active with several non-profit and arts organizations, including Geyser Community Club, Judith Arts Society, and the Montana Performing Arts Association.
